The Role:  Academic Account Manager

Strategic Sales is in charge of maintaining and growing revenue associated with established customer contracts. There is a set territory and book of business. Revenue is the main focus of the role, but the Account Manager is in charge of increasing usage, improving funding models, and responding to customer inquiries.

You will join a successful sales organization and inherit a territory with a longstanding customer base to grow as well as an unlimited number of new opportunities to foster.

  • Aptitude to learn the software needed to complete daily tasks
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • At least one year of direct sales experience, preferable in a technical setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics or a related technical or quantitative field
